Welcome to Candid Stories by Karthik, where authentic wedding moments are our passion. Karthik’s photography journey began by assisting film photographers, later exploring automotive photography, and getting published in online publications. With a mechanical engineering background, he started Candid Stories in 2021, driven by a desire to capture the essence of weddings without losing authenticity. We’ve been blessed to cover weddings across South India and the Middle East, building relationships that turn clients into friends.
Our expertise extends beyond photography – we also help clients plan and design their events with ease, offering a hassle-free selection process, and personalized suggestions and recommendations that ensure an unforgettable experience. For my wedding, I was searching for a team of photographers who could be real, candid and less dramatic in how they convey a story. I searched for many Instagram profiles around my locality. CSK, not Chennai Super Kings, Candid Stories by Karthik's Insta profile had a feel of what I needed. Right colors and right moments conveyed stories of togetherness beautifully. I fell in love with some of the videos. On contacting Karthi, he had been soft spoken and a gentle person who is strong in his field of work and flexible with our ideas and budget. They travelled with us hesitantly during my wedding and gifted a beautiful story woven visually. I would strongly recommend to choose Karthi and his team. Only advice is to give him sufficient time in the daylight, gives you some amazing pictures, which I still regret due to my time constraints.
